Cameron Halloran

MFC Team Member Profile

Bio Statement:

Cameron Halloran (he/him) is a dedicated, goal-oriented, hard working human resources professional based out of Boston. His current focus is in diversity, equity, and inclusion, trying to create and contribute to an inclusive and supportive work environment.

After graduating from Boston College, Cameron wanted to pursue his passion for equity and economic inclusion. He heard about MFC and fell in love with their mission and commitment to create ethical and sustainable fashion. Cameron then moved to Ghana to work with the artisans at the MFI Foundation. He quickly formed strong bonds with the artisans and looked for avenues to make an impact. He created a social media presence and became determined to increase exposure to the amazing things happening at the MFI Foundation.

While in Ghana, Cameron worked on a product inventory list to streamline sales with MFC. Now in the inventory director role, he hopes to build on his previous work and continue to expand the market for MFC’s upcycled fashion products. Through his work in Ghana, Cameron saw first-hand the environmental impact of denim dumping, but also the incredible products the MFI Foundation were able to create out of them. It is an integral step to providing hope for a better and more sustainable future.

Cameron is very excited to continue his journey with the MFC family. He wants to see MFI founder Matilda Lartey’s dreams come to fruition; that MFI products can be seen around the world.

Areas of Focus with MFC:

Cameron is the Inventory Director for MFC. His primary focus is collaborating with The MFI Foundation to solve the structural barriers to shipping that can make selling products made in Ghana in The United States and elsewhere challenging. He also oversees inventory management and fulfillment for the project.
